| There are two self-service restaurants, in which you can enjoy local specialities - and that includes a German "must" coffee-n'-cake in the afternoon. You can also taste some delicious wine from the Eltz vineyards - and enjoy the impressive view over the Eltz valley, a perfect way to round off your tour. | ![]() |
| Whether it's a sword, a crossbow or a suit of armour - our souvenir shop has a range of fascinating replicas and original keepsakes. | Eltz Castle has remained in the hands of the Edlen Herren und Grafen (Lords and Counts) von und zu Eltz for more than 800 years. It is preserved by private means. Your visit will help us to maintain this invaluable medieval monument for future generations. Many thanks. | ![]() |
